Responsibilities

Providing reward advisory support for Singapore and APAC markets across compensation, benefits, and related reward processes.Facilitating pay and benefits proposal reviews from countries to ensure alignment with market practices, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.Coordinating the annual APAC pay review cycle, including promotions and Compensation activities.Supporting the design, review, and implementation of compensation, benefits, industrial relations, and mobility policies for Singapore and the APAC region.Serving as a subject matter expert for assigned policy areas and acting as the primary point of contact for HR stakeholders.Assessing market competitiveness through benchmarking and data analysis to support reward strategy decisions.Overseeing benefits and wellbeing programmes, including benchmarking to ensure competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and ...
