Job Description

Responsibilities

include:
  • Providing reward advisory support for Singapore and APAC markets across compensation, benefits, and related reward processes.

  • Facilitating pay and benefits proposal reviews from countries to ensure alignment with market practices, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinating the annual APAC pay review cycle, including promotions and Compensation activities.

  • Supporting the design, review, and implementation of compensation, benefits, industrial relations, and mobility policies for Singapore and the APAC region.

  • Serving as a subject matter expert for assigned policy areas and acting as the primary point of contact for HR stakeholders.

  • Assessing market competitiveness through benchmarking and data analysis to support reward strategy decisions.
