Handle loading and unloading new machines and customer machines safely into and out of the warehouse.

Ensure proper checking of machine quantity and condition during receiving and dispatch.

Assign and generate storage locations for all incoming machines.

Maintain proper arrangement and easy traceability of machines in the warehouse.

Carry out weekly housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organized storage areas.

Ensure warehouse complies with safety and operational standards.

Support daily warehouse activities including receiving, issuing, stock movement, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

Prepare machines for deployment, delivery, or service activities.

Perform pre-staging and kitting of machines or related accessories when required.

Monitor stock movement and update records for machines and equipment.

Assist in stock count and inventory audits.
