Now Hiring: Assistant Waterpark Director

In this role, you’ll be responsible for daily park operations, assisting the Waterpark Director in scheduling, training, staffing, adhering to state aquatic code and regulations, and assisting with the overall safety of guests/staff and guest satisfaction.

Lead with heart, accountability, and purpose by fostering a culture where team members feel supported, developed, and empowered to deliver a safe and exceptional guest experience every day.

This is an exempt full-time position with flexible hours and days, based on business needs. This position regularly requires evening and weekend work.
