Job Description Assist the WSH Manager in overseeing daily WSH operations and Environmental at the project site. Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, MOM regulations, NEA Regulation and company safety procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify unsafe acts and conditions. Monitor subcontractors' work activities to ensure safe work practices are implemented. Organize and conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and safety induction for workers and staff. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Prepare and maintain WSH records, reports, permits, inspection checklists, and statutory documentation. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and authorities on all WSH matters.
