The Assistant Director / Deputy Director, Digital Strategy plays a key role in driving MOE’s digital transformation agenda through strategy formulation, portfolio management, workforce transformation and funding reform. The role supports the development and implementation of MOE’s Ministry Family Digitalisation Plan (MFDP), ensuring that digital priorities are anchored on clear business outcomes, sustainable operating models, realistic resourcing plans and shared business‑technology ownership.
