Assistant/Deputy Manager (Organisational Development & Learning and Development) As part of the Human Resource & Corporate Communications team, you will support, co‑lead or lead initiatives within the Organisational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions to drive a high‑performing and future‑ready workforce for PSA Marine and its group of companies.
Organisational Development (OD) - Support, co‑lead or lead OD programmes and change interventions in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Develop and implement OD strategies, tools, and materials to strengthen organisational capability and effectiveness;
