Job Description
Assistant/Sales Manager (Serviced Residences) Responsibilities - Represent the organization professionally presenting Serviced Residences’ products and services.
- Engage in daily sales activities, including telemarketing, sales calls, Serviced Residence visits, entertainment, tradeshows, and presentations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process: establish rapport, ask open questions, follow up, manage expectations, address conflicts, overcome objections, close deals, and gather post-feedback.
- Acquire new sales leads / prospects and establish accounts to expand the client base.
- Foster and develop relationships with existing clients and customers to maintain loyalty.
