**What You'll Do**

We’re looking for an Associate Actuary to join our Workplace Benefits Group Disability & Life Pricing team. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively to drive forward pricing and product development efforts related to our suite of Disability & Life products! We're looking for someone who will:

+ Become the lead Actuarial resource in developing new pricing methodologies and strategies across our Disability & Life products. This work is not prescribed; the best candidates will be open to creative solutions to pricing and analytic methods.
+ Develop as a subject-matter expert in the pricing mechanics of our Long-Term Disability (LTD), Short-Term Disability (STD), and Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) products. Some exposure to the Group Life products over time, as needed.
+ Build, maintain, and improve processes relating to evaluating the health of the Disability & Life products, including data creation/validation, Actuarial analysis, internal and...
