This is a hybrid on-site role based in downtown Los Angeles.

Attorney Responsibilities:

• This person will work on complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
• The attorney will be given the ability to have these clients become their own client.
• Discovery, including depositions.
• Law and motion.
• Court appearances.
• Pleadings.
• Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Billable Hour Req: 1850 – this includes time where associate attorneys are mentored (or one day go on to mentor junior associates), time spent on client development, business development, time spent doing CLEs.
