Seeking a Programme Associate to lead field implementation, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and project coordination for community development initiatives. The role combines on-ground programme execution with data-driven project management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field implementation, beneficiary engagement, and programme delivery in rural communities.
- Supervise field teams, oversee surveys, and ensure high-quality data collection.
- Manage monitoring & evaluation activities, including data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Prepare project reports, case studies, donor updates, and impact reports.
