Responsibilities
- Client Facing: Client relationship building throughout the sales and production process. This includes training on correspondence processes for claim‑related information.
- Subject Matter Expert: A technical understanding of your specialism with enthusiasm to approach it from a consulting lens.
- Report and Claim Management: Support the team in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions, and claims adjustments.
