Overview

We are hiring an Associate Contracts Manager to support the Research Contracts Group by managing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs). This role works with scientists, legal teams, and outside partners to help process agreements and coordinate research material shipments.

This is a good opportunity for someone with a science background and strong organizational and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage MTAs from start to finish


• Work with internal teams, legal, and outside partners on agreement processing


• Process signatures and maintain agreement records


• Update and track agreements in the database
