Responsibilities

Facilitate the processing of new business cases from initial receipt to final action for a variety of distribution channels. This includes but is not limited to, reviewing the application package for completeness and accuracy, ordering medical underwriting requirements, and proactive follow-up on all requirements to complete the new business case. Track cases through their life cycle to ensure stated service standards are met. Provide regular updates to all key stakeholders. Provide support for producers, including revising illustrations, assistance in obtaining forms, and answering questions.

Establish effective working relationships. Respond to producer inquiries; provide information on products, services, and status of outstanding issues. Gather and record detailed information from producers in order to resolve requests and concerns. Utilize opportunities to educate field staff and producers on new business processes.
