The surgery is well organised with the Associates having no extra responsibilities meaning they can focus on customer care. It is a Mixed practice NHS/Private (70%%/30%%) with high earning, UDA rate is competitive at £12.5-13 per UDA and there is a 50%% split on private work. The practice has fully modern equipment and dental software.
