About the Role IMD is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Custom Solutions to support the design and development of high-impact, clientcentric executive education programmes for leading international organisations during a temporary assignment in Singapore. The role focuses on client engagement, solution design, and proposal development, working closely with faculty and internal stakeholders to co-create customised leadership development journeys aligned with client strategy and business priorities.
