Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking an experienced commercial training leader to drive the strategy, design and global delivery of training programmes that support our worldwide commercial organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Commercial Training, this role will lead scalable learning initiatives that enhance onboarding, sales capability, certification readiness, sales methodology adoption, leadership effectiveness and continuous commercial growth across regions.
Working cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Care, Technical Services, Global Support, HR and Digital teams, you will ensure training programmes align with business priorities and commercial strategy.
