Within EY's Strategy and Transactions (Sa T) practice, the Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) team provides operationally focused services including M&A Integration, Carve-out, Operational and IT Due Diligence, Operational Restructuring and Value Creation. The Associate Director will manage and develop the pipeline, spearhead marketing efforts, build relationships with high‑profile clients, lead client engagement teams, and help grow the practice.
