Buro Happold is recruiting for an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Building Environments team in Cambridge.

This role will see the successful applicant leading MEP projects, inputting to, and assisting with leading the Electrical team on projects in the Cambridge area and further afield, including Higher Educational buildings, research facilities, mixed‑use developments, and refurbishments, including heritage buildings.

Key Duties

• Autonomously represents Buro Happold to clients, architects and collaborators.
• Project lead, representing multiple BH disciplines on small to medium sized commissions.
• Lead the electrical disciple on large projects, taking responsibility for the design quality, programme, resources and client care.
• Negotiating utility modifications and additions with stakeholders.
