The Data Management & Analytics Associate Engineer works independently under close supervision, responsible for running master data harmonized global processes, ensuring high quality of data within the global standards, and offering data management expertise to all functional areas.
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:
- ** Education**: High school diploma or GED required
- ** Experience**: Advanced to expert-level experience in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in a corporate/multinational environment a must (min. 3y, nice to have 3-5y)
- Logical thinking and ability to analyze, standardize, and improve fragmented processes
- Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish B2 (Verbal and Written), B2 Required Good communication and team spirit in an international company
