Job Description
**Main objective / purpose of the role:**
+ Responsible for the ENT business to execute sales strategies & plans nationwide with the goal to achieve sales quotas
+ Explore business opportunities and plan growth strategy in both short-term & long-term perspective
+ Establish and execute business strategies and programs to achieve commercialization, profitability, business growth, and market share objectives
+ Enhance and develop relationships with business partners(ICs), customers and regularly interact with business partners to ensure the best coordination
+ Communicate closely with regional and global marketing teams to align with their global direction
+ Implement innovative sales & marketing activities while developing and building strong relationship with KOLs in related academic society
