Main objective / purpose of the role:
Responsible for the ENT business to execute sales strategies & plans nationwide with the goal to achieve sales quotasExplore business opportunities and plan growth strategy in both short-term & long-term perspectiveEstablish and execute business strategies and programs to achieve commercialization, profitability, business growth, and market share objectivesEnhance and develop relationships with business partners(ICs), customers and regularly interact with business partners to ensure the best coordinationCommunicate closely with regional and global marketing teams to align with their global direction Implement innovative sales & marketing activities while developing and building strong relationship with KOLs in related academic societyCritical success factors / key deliverables:
