Drive fund administration excellence as an Associate Fund Controller at Carta. Focus on managing client relationships, compliance, and quarterly financials to support a growing asset class.
In this position, your four years of experience in Fund Administration will enable you to deliver best-in-class service. Engage daily with clients, manage capital calls, and ensure all financial statements adhere to relevant regulations. Collaborate with product teams to refine our service offerings and help guide junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee audit and tax support for clients
• Ensure accuracy in quarterly and annual financials
• Maintain effective client relationships and communications
• Review complex financial structures and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams for system enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in Fund Administration
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
