Job Overview The Associate HSES Specialist works with HSES Specialists / Supervisors to leverage conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures to plan, implement, and coordinate HSES programs to prevent or correct hazardous conditions.
Responsibilities - Provide HSE leadership to field personnel and set standards of behavior.
- Have a working knowledge of current HSES policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure company HSE policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively and are known and understood by all employees.
- Regularly inspect work areas to identify unsafe acts and conditions and advise line management of those that cannot immediately be corrected.
- Assist with incident investigations and compilation of reports.
