To manage and administer all aspects on fleet administration under Strategy and Policy Unit and to support management for all duties pertaining fleet administration as well as to ensure relevant and specific duties are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures laid down by the Company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To review, improve and revise policies and procedures at least every 2 years or whenever a change is required.
• To plan, organize, execute, manage vehicle re‑assignment and disposal to best suit the operational needs and to make business sense.
• To participate in the development and execution of contingency and business continuity plan to ensure smooth operations of the Fleet’s operations and the company’s operations as a whole.
