The Quantock Restaurant at Taunton College is a modern, realistic working environment (RWE) which comprises of a training kitchen and 60 cover restaurant. The purpose, to prepare students for careers within the hospitality industry, integrating both theoretical and technical delivery fulfilling requirements of various qualifications. We are seeking an individual to support the development of the Catering and Hospitality provision due to the increase of student numbers and the diverse range of activities created by the existing teams.
