Throughout this module, you will be teaching students about contemporary theoretical and practical issues of managing performance in diverse workplace situations. You are expected to impart to students a holistic view of managing people's performance in organisations, including: factors involved in the performance management process practical skills for performance improvement and future trends of performance management. You will actively engage students in issues related to culture and diversity in workplace performance and review practices in light of emerging trends in performance management.
Job Requirements A Master's Degree in the related discipline or in Human Resource Management from a reputable university with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis and visualisation
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred
5 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
