As an Associate in Leveraged Finance, you will immerse yourself in the world of leveraged buyouts by assisting senior colleagues with structuring, executing, and distributing complex financial transactions. You will play a pivotal role in preparing both client-facing materials such as presentations and pitch books and internal documentation required for approvals.
