An exciting opportunity exists for a fresh graduate in Facilities Management to join our team in LAMP, Kuantan. He/ she will coordinate and oversee facility operations, contractor services and administrative support.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage facility service contractors including cleaning, pest control, canteen, hygiene systems, and landscaping to ensure services are delivered according to contractual standards.
• Coordinate facility operations including PPE for visitors, staff uniforms, office supplies, pantry items, and water filtration systems.
• Monitor building and equipment conditions, report faults, and coordinate maintenance or repair works with relevant parties.
• Support regulatory and administrative processes, including liaising with local authorities and coordinating purchase requests and work orders in the system.
