Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the team(s) supporting accounts to drive revenue generation and business growth.
• Lead a sales team(s) and drive team performance through customer success motions such as onboarding, adoption, health checks and voice of the customer.
• Drive revenue retention motions including product/service contract renewals, extensions, upsells and expansions.
• Build and develop strategic client relationships through balanced engagement with the Sales Director and external clients.
• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions with all team members. <...
