Who You Are

The Associate Mechatronics Field Engineer will be responsible for providing FANUC America Corporation customers with onsite repair, troubleshooting and / or maintenance services for CNC’s and related peripheral equipment.

Reporting to our Hoffman Estates, IL office, the Associate Field Service Engineer will provide support to customers in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with on-site repair, troubleshooting and /or maintenance services for CNC’s and related system peripheral equipment.

How It's Done


+ Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for CNC machines, including servo, spindle drives, and motor systems; investigate customer issues and perform root cause analysis, operating under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager
