Role Overview The Private Trust Officer supports the administration of trust structures and related fiduciary arrangements. The role is responsible for day‑to‑day trust operations, documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
Job Duties And Responsibilities - Provide support to Business Unit in relation to Private Trust Business
- Provide administrative and operational support to Trust Managers in the day‑to‑day management of trust structures.
- Assist in trust onboarding, including preparation and review of account opening documentation and due diligence requirements.
- Prepare trustee resolutions, exco minutes, distribution documentation and other trust‑related materials for review by Trust Managers.
