Associate Producer, CG

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producer to oversee and manage the production plan – including schedules, budgets, and all deliverables in collaboration with the VP of Production to facilitate delivery on the creative vision of the series.
• Identify and implement the production resources & strategies necessary to support the project in collaboration with the Producer, Development and Technical teams.
• Support the Producer in managing the script process including clearances, script meetings, delivery, and related budget.
• Manage voice records and VR budget, including casting.
• Collaborate with the Producer to understand Cost Reports and budget tracking on the project; attend Cost Report meetings with Finance and Production.
• Generate contracts for crew & outside vendors.
• Co‑operate with the Producer and Artist Management on Crew Planning and budget implications. <...
