Description and Requirements
Responsible for product quality support across device returns, issue management, reporting, and launch activities. The role works closely with Product, Software, Technical Service, Compliance, and Call Centre teams to ensure fast issue resolution, regulatory compliance, and strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Product Triage & Analysis
Log returned devices in QIT and perform initial product triage, including software logging, basic hardware checks, and component swapsVerify and log software and hardware failures, directly or via Service and TAM teamsCoordinate shipment of returned devices, samples, and components for further analysis Issue & Quality Management
