Associate Quantity Surveyor Position Overview The Associate Quantity Surveyor supports the QS team in providing cost management and commercial advisory services across construction projects. Key Responsibilities Cost Management & Estimation - Assist in preparing preliminary cost estimates and budget forecasts
- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and pricing documents
- Support feasibility studies and cost planning at various design stages
- Maintain and update cost databases and benchmark information
