of Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the CRM maintaining the quality and accuracy of the UK data set.
  • Utilise web analytic tools to provide performance data of ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Optimise UK property listings to enhance listing results on search engines and AI.
  • Ensure all UK brochures are kept up to date with the latest property details.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including website, emailing campaigns, and display advertising campaigns including Seach Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-click (PPC).
  • Plan, author and submit UK social media posts for approval.
  • Measure and report on performance of all marketing activities and assess against agreed quarterly goals (ROI and KPIs).
