Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES): - Act as the technical expert for the following solutions focusing on end-to-end operational support and management:
- Trend Micro Full-cycle management of endpoint protection platforms from deployment to advanced policy tuning and alert response.
- SentinelOne End-to-end EDR operations including agent lifecycle management threat hunting and automated remediation.
- CrowdStrike Comprehensive support for the Falcon platform ensuring full visibility threat detection and incident containment.
- Operational Support: Provide expertise in handling solutions on a day-to-day operational basis or supporting customers.
- Support the project cycle under guidance:
- Data Gathering & Documentation Assist in understanding customer environments and maintaining technical documentation.
