The Admin Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Mental Health programmes and services while ensuring smooth coordination between teams, clients, and stakeholders. The role includes monitoring staff movements (hiring, training, transfer), supporting senior admin executive/senior staff in generating reports for senior management, funders, and Cluster Teams, and overseeing key performance targets, processes, and efficient operation of mental health programmes.
The Admin Associate also provides facilities management support, including office maintenance, managing contracts, and financial claims for the teams.
Administrative and Operational Support
