Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused HR Associate Specialist to join our HR Employee Services team in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for providing support to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics, collaborating with other HR teams, and contributing to a positive employee experience through consistent and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle Support: Process employee lifecycle changes such as onboarding, job changes, and terminations in line with established procedures and service levels.

• HR Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions in the HR service platform ensuring compliance, and alignment with global HR policies.
