The Segment Development Manager (SDM) plays a key role in supporting the continued growth of the DBS Treasures franchise through proactive engagement and up‑segmentation of qualified clients within the DBS retail customer base. The role focuses on structured outreach and meaningful conversation with identified clients to introduce the DBS Treasures value proposition and the Treasures International (TRI) platform. Working closely with internal stakeholders across Singapore and other DBS markets, the SDM will identify cross‑border banking opportunities, facilitate Treasures onboarding where appropriate, and enable referrals across DBS international markets. This role supports DBS’ broader Global Indian and cross‑corridor banking strategy while ensuring strong client experience, compliance standards, and long‑term relationship development.
