Job Purpose :

Strategic Business Planner will support the SME Division in driving business performance through structured MIS, financial analytics, sales governance, and portfolio reporting.The role works closely with the Sales, Product & Finance Teams, acting as a central SPOC for business performance tracking and financial insights.

Key Accountibilities :

Develop and deliver high‑quality Monthly and Quarterly Sales Business Review presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of business performance and insights.

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators across SME Assets and Liabilities, including disbursements, income, yields, productivity, and portfolio quality, to support data‑driven decision‑making.
