**The Role:** Associate, TMT (Telecommunications, Media & Technology)

**The Team** : The Media & Communications Product Operations team is the main touchpoint for most of our Media sector focused clients. As an Associate, you serve as the “face” of the company. Going above and beyond in our service offering is where this team adds value.

**Responsibilities and Impact:**

+ Provide the highest level of data, functionality and product support to S&P Global clients researching/analyzing appropriately and using all available resources.
+ Answer inbound phone calls, emails, chats from external clients
+ Effective Workflow Management including logging and tracking information in the appropriate systems in an accurate and timely manner
+ Chip in to operational efficiency by applying the Lean principles to the day to day job
