The Associate Vice President, Construction is a leadership role responsible for end‑to‑end oversight of construction delivery across the organization’s development portfolio. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, strengthens trade relationships, ensures best pricing & quality trades, integrates contemporary construction practices, and embeds continuous improvement through lessons learned.
This role works closely with Development, Finance, Asset Management, development partners and external construction partners to align execution with business objectives, risk management, and long‑term asset performance.
