What The Role Is

You will support MAS’ organisation-wide transformation efforts by working closely with stakeholders to track initiatives, synthesize insights, and support implementation and follow-through. This role offers exposure to a range of transformation work, including governance, reporting, and engagement.

What You Will Be Working On

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and consolidating information on ongoing transformation initiatives to support organization-level reporting and alignment with Whole-of-Government priorities.
• Cleaning and analysing transformation data collected to derive meaningful insights.
• Preparing materials for management updates, including organizing and presenting data and analysis for reporting and discussion.
