Duties and Responsibilities:

Engage in the education and training of faculty, residents, fellows, and/or medical students in the JABSOM MD program, residency programs, clinical departments, and rural/community-based training settings.

Lead faculty development initiatives focused on the responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence (Al) in medical education, including Al-enabled learning support, individualized learning plans, coaching, assessment, feedback, curriculum mapping, educational quality improvement, and ethical use of data-informed tools.
