As part of our Corporate Finance team, the responsibilities will include: - Pro‑actively manage day‑to‑day execution for advisory and capital‑raising deal.
- Project management due diligence with auditors, lawyers and other professionals.
- Manage communications and expectations between clients, professionals and regulators.
- Manage workflow with associates and assist in deal origination.
- Perform in‑depth financial analysis and develop valuation models.
- Prepare client presentation materials and pitchbooks.
