Job Summary - Support the transition of a caregiver mobile application to web-based platform.
- Coordinate between key stakeholders including vendor and website development team to align technical requirements and ensure seamless platform migration.
- Support planning, development and delivery of web application features and workflows to enhance caregiver support.
