Role Purpose
To manage and coordinate subcontracted service activities, cost efficiency, and strong vendor relationships to support production and business objectives.
1. Subcontracting Operations
Logistics, Store & Material Handling service, Facility maintenance contracts (Housekeeping, canteen service) etcCoordinate with internal teams for labor mobilization and processing requirements.Ensure timely labor mobilization by subcontractors.2. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper records of subcontracting transactions, challans, and invoices.Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies Prepare reports related to subcontracting performance and KPIs.3. Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between internal departments and subcontractors.Resolve operational issues, delays, and bottlenecks....
