Job Description

Role Purpose

To manage and coordinate subcontracted service activities, cost efficiency, and strong vendor relationships to support production and business objectives.

1. Subcontracting Operations

  • Logistics, Store & Material Handling service, Facility maintenance contracts (Housekeeping, canteen service) etc
  • Coordinate with internal teams for labor mobilization and processing requirements.
  • Ensure timely labor mobilization by subcontractors.
  • 2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain proper records of subcontracting transactions, challans, and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies 
  • Prepare reports related to subcontracting performance and KPIs.
  • 3. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and subcontractors.
  • Resolve operational issues, delays, and bottlenecks.
