Associate Athletic Trainer / Head Football Athletic Trainer
As a member of the Missouri State University Athletic Medical and Rehabilitation Department (AMR), this position leads a group of certified athletic trainers in providing quality care for student athletes participating in football. The role includes managing all aspects of injury/illness prevention, recognition, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation, as well as coordinating health‑care efforts with medical providers to promote both medical and mental well‑being of the student‑athlete. The holder of this position will enforce health‑care policy and procedures, handle medical insurance and risk management, and perform other duties assigned by the Director of AMR to ensure departmental efficiency.
