Description

:Exercising leadership and using strategic thinking to develop a culture of innovation are foundational aspects of the role of a healthcare executive. The course offers students an opportunity to understand key aspects of Leadership based on research, theory and practice. Students will assess their own leadership style and consider how to build and adapt their current leadership style for greater impact. Experienced and successful healthcare executives will share insights concerning their leadership journey and the lessons they have learned.

Cultural aspects of leadership, with respect to North America versus the Middle East will also be addressed.
