is seeking a committed Attendance Officer to join the pastoral team from January 2026.

The Role

Working closely with pastoral leads and safeguarding staff, you will support the school’s attendance strategy by:

• Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality


• Making first-day absence calls and home visits (with pastoral support)


• Updating attendance on SIMS/Arbor


• Producing reports for Heads of Year and SLT


• Coordinating attendance meetings and improvement plans


• Working with external agencies when required
